We are actively seeking a Customer Success Executive for our office in Kuwait City. This role is crucial for maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the automobile and spare parts industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Executive, you will be expected to:

  1. Sales Development: Identify, prospect, and close sales with companies operating vehicle fleets. Develop strategies to expand our customer base.
  2. Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  3. Account Management: Manage existing customer accounts, ensuring they receive the necessary support and resources to succeed.
  4. Communication: Effectively communicate product offerings and services to clients, utilizing excellent presentation skills.
  5. Sales Targets: Work towards exceeding sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following requirements:

  1. Experience: 2-5 years of customer support and sales experience, specifically in auto parts or car garage sales.
  2. Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
  3. Self-Motivated: A self-motivated individual with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving results.
  4. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  5. Knowledge: Familiarity with the automobile industry and vehicle fleet operations is a plus.
