We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk with experience in handling government-related documentation. The ideal candidate should be proficient in dealing with processes related to Shoun, Jawazat, and other government entities in Kuwait. This is a full-time position based in Abbasiya, Kuwait.
Duties
- Accurately input data into relevant government platforms (e.g., Shoun, Jawazat).
- Maintain and update records of company-related government transactions.
- Assist with preparing and submitting documents for various government formalities.
- Follow up on government procedures and ensure all documentation is processed in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with government agencies and internal teams regarding document requirements and updates.
- Ensure data confidentiality and comply with company policies on document management.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience with government documentation processes such as Shoun and Jawazat is essential.
- Typing Skills: Strong typing accuracy and speed to ensure efficient data input.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with local authorities.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using computers and relevant government online platforms.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
- Work Authorization: Valid residency in Kuwait and the ability to work with local government entities.
