Job Introduction
A reputed digital printing company in Al-Rai, Kuwait, is seeking a Designer Cum Machine Operator with a minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design and digital printing operations. This role requires expertise in design software and digital printing machines, ensuring high-quality print production. The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of handling the end-to-end printing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit graphic designs for digital printing.
- Operate and maintain digital printing machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Adjust print settings, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality output.
- Collaborate with the team to meet customer requirements.
- Handle pre-press setup, color correction, and finishing processes.
- Maintain inventory of printing materials and request supplies as needed.
- Ensure compliance with printing safety standards and quality control measures.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest printing technologies and design trends.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a digital printing environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or other design software.
- Experience operating digital printing machines and handling different print media.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
- Must have a valid Visa 18 (transferable).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
