Job Introduction
We are seeking an experienced and skilled eCommerce Technical Specialist to join our team in Sharq, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the technical implementation, maintenance, and management of our eCommerce platforms. This role requires strong technical expertise in coding, platform management, and coordination with multiple stakeholders to enhance our digital commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Coordination & Development
- Work with the development team to build and optimize eCommerce platforms.
- Ensure scalability, security, and high performance of technical solutions.
Requirement Analysis & Implementation
- Translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Work closely with business leaders to align eCommerce technology with company goals.
Collaboration & Quality Assurance
- Facilitate cross-department communication for smooth eCommerce operations.
- Coordinate testing and quality assurance to ensure platform reliability.
eCommerce Platform Administration
- Manage product listings, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.
- Monitor and analyze traffic, sales data, and customer engagement.
Vendor & External Coordination
- Work with external vendors and service providers to meet business requirements.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain detailed documentation of eCommerce operations and platforms.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP (Python & Ruby are a plus).
- Experience with Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, and other eCommerce platforms.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of SEO, product management, and data analytics.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in eCommerce development or a related role.
