Job Briefing:
We are seeking Executive Assistants to support high-level executives in managing and streamlining operations. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in building and maintaining processes that ensure the smooth functioning of executive leadership. You will handle sensitive and confidential information while prioritizing tasks to meet company goals. This role requires impeccable organizational and communication skills, as well as a high level of professionalism.
Duties:
- Streamline and maintain internal processes that support senior executives across the company
- Liaise between upper management and employees, managing communications for various projects and tasks
- Handle professional and personal scheduling for C-Level executives, including meetings, emails, travel arrangements, and client management
- Organize and prioritize work to ensure company goals are achieved and top priorities are met
- Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive materials and demonstrate discretion when working with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4+ years of direct experience as an Executive Assistant for one or more executives
- Strong understanding of office procedures and experience handling sensitive corporate information
- Proficiency with cloud systems, online calendars, and other related software
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in the use of apps and technology
- Commitment to a full-time, long-term role with the ability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific, Central, or Eastern Time)
- Prior experience is preferred but not required
