We are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team in Murqab, Kuwait. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a solid background in accounting, particularly with Odoo ERP systems. Experience in bank facilities, bank guarantees, and letters of credit is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
- Manage Odoo ERP system for financial reporting and analysis.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
- Handle bank guarantees and letters of credit (preferred).
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies.
- Work closely with management to support financial decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance financial processes and strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting.
- Proficiency in Odoo ERP for accounting operations.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and reconciliation.
- Experience with bank facilities, bank guarantees, and letters of credit (preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
