Duties:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the work area.
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to enhance their experience.
• Maintain knowledge of coffee beans, brewing techniques, and menu offerings.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
• Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and product knowledge.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years of barista experience, with franchise experience preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong passion for creating high-quality coffee and drinks.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Visa: Transferable Visa (Article 18) required. Immediate joining preferred.
