Job Introduction
A well-established plumbing and hardware shop in Jaleeb, Abbasiya is urgently looking for an experienced Salesman to join their team. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in sales within a similar industry and possess strong Arabic communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting plumbing and hardware products based on their needs.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of product specifications and features.
- Ensure accurate pricing and proper stock management.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns professionally.
- Maintain sales records and reports as required.
- Collaborate with the store team to meet sales targets.
- Assist in merchandising and organizing the store for an optimal shopping experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (preferably in a plumbing and hardware shop).
- Visa 18 (transferable) is required.
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing and hardware products is an advantage.
