The ideal candidate should possess strong financial expertise and leadership abilities to oversee financial operations, budgeting, risk management, and strategic financial planning. Candidates with experience in Kuwait and proficiency in both Arabic and English are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute financial strategies to enhance company performance.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with local regulations.
- Manage cash flow and optimize resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks through proper analysis and control measures.
- Implement cost-control management strategies to improve profitability.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, ensuring efficient operations.
- Handle negotiations with vendors, stakeholders, and financial institutions.
- Utilize financial software such as Odoo (preferred but not mandatory).
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Proven experience in a Finance Manager role in Kuwait.
- Strong expertise in financial planning, risk management, and cost control.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (preferred).
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with financial software, preferably Odoo, is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA (preferred).
