Job Introduction
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven sales professional to join our team as a Freight Forwarding Sales Staff. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of freight forwarding and shipping industry processes and a strong ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements with clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 4-5 years of experience in freight forwarding sales.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong awareness of freight forwarding, logistics, and shipping.
- Visa Requirement: Valid transferable Visa No. 18.
- Driving License: A valid Kuwaiti driving license is required.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and business development capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
