Job Introduction
A renowned bakery in Kuwait is urgently seeking an experienced Head Baker to join their team. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience and strong knowledge of traditional and modern baking techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily baking operations and ensure high-quality production.
- Develop and refine new recipes while maintaining traditional baking techniques.
- Supervise and train baking staff to maintain efficiency and quality standards.
- Ensure proper ingredient usage, stock management, and food safety compliance.
- Collaborate with management to enhance menu offerings and bakery sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Head Baker.
- Nationality: Turkish, Syrian, Tunisian, Iraqi, Palestinian, or Jordanian (as per company preference).
- Visa Type: Visa 18 (Ahli) (Transferable).
- Availability: Immediate joining preferred.
- Strong knowledge of dough preparation, pastry techniques, and bakery equipment.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
