Head of Public Relations – Crypto Web.3 Fintech

Due to rapid growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior PR Lead with a proven track record in the FinTech space, particularly within the Crypto market. This role involves working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Head of Brand, and the broader marketing and brand team to enhance the organization’s public relations efforts.

Duties:

• PR Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive PR plans, including brand management, B2B communications, and crisis management.
• Audience Engagement: Identify target audiences and develop effective strategies to engage and communicate with them.
• Media Relations: Cultivate relationships with media professionals, including journalists, influencers, and editors to secure high-quality media coverage.
• Event Coordination: Plan and execute press conferences and events to promote the company’s initiatives and announcements.
• Media Training: Prepare key executives for media interviews, ensuring they convey the company’s messages effectively.
• Social Media Oversight: Collaborate with the social media team to monitor and manage the company’s social media presence.
• Crisis Management: Liaise with compliance and reputation management teams to respond effectively to crises.
• Brand Consistency: Work closely with the marketing team and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.
• Industry Monitoring: Stay informed about industry trends, news, and developments to proactively manage PR efforts.
• Budget Management: Effectively manage the PR budget, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately to maximize impact.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven experience in public relations, particularly in the FinTech, Crypto, or Web3 sectors.
• Skills:
  • Strong ability to develop and implement PR strategies that drive engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of the English language.
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with media professionals and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Location: Candidates based in EMEA (UK, France, Germany, or Cyprus preferred).
