Job Introduction

We are hiring delivery drivers for Talabat, one of the leading food delivery platforms in Kuwait. Candidates with own cars or those who require company-provided vehicles are welcome to apply.

This is a full-time position requiring drivers who are familiar with location-based navigation and can efficiently complete at least 450 deliveries per month. Visa transfers (18 to 18) are available for eligible candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders promptly and accurately to customers.
• Use navigation applications to determine the best routes.
• Ensure safe and responsible driving at all times.
• Maintain professional and courteous behavior with customers.
• Meet the minimum monthly delivery target of 450 requests.

Compensation Structure

• Drivers with own cars: 1.000 KD per order.
• Drivers using company cars: 0.800 KD per order.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must have a valid Kuwait driving license.
• Ability to use Google Maps or GPS for navigation.
• Must be physically fit to handle continuous deliveries.
• Willing to transfer Iqama immediately (Visa 18 to 18 only).
• Prior experience in food delivery is a plus but not mandatory.
