Job Responsibilities
- Deliver food orders efficiently and on time.
- Ensure safe and professional driving at all times.
- Maintain the assigned company car in good condition.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
- Follow the assigned delivery route and schedule.
- Adhere to company policies and traffic regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid driving license (Kuwait or transferable international license).
- Prior experience in food delivery is an advantage.
- Ability to use navigation apps for efficient route planning.
- Must be physically fit to handle long driving hours.
- Basic communication skills in English or Arabic.
- Must have knowledge of Kuwait’s roads and traffic rules.
Compensation & Benefits
- Per Order Pay: 0.800 fils (0.550 + 0.300 fils per order).
- Order Target: 450 orders per month.
- Car Provided by the Company.
- Fuel costs covered by the driver.
- Flexible work schedule with growth opportunities.
