Job Introduction
We are looking for dedicated Delivery Drivers to join Talabat in Kuwait. If you have a valid residency (Article 18) and a passion for delivering excellent service, this is a great opportunity to earn competitive per-order compensation with bonus incentives.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food orders promptly and efficiently to customers.
- Ensure safe and professional driving practices at all times.
- Use company-provided vehicles to complete deliveries.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic upkeep.
- Follow company guidelines and safety protocols.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
Qualifications
- Residency Status: Article 18 (Transferable).
- Experience: Previous delivery experience is preferred but not required.
- License: Valid Kuwaiti driving license.
- Skills Required:
- Good navigation and time management skills.
- Basic communication skills in English or Arabic.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple orders efficiently.
Salary & Incentives
- Per order: 0.800 fils.
- Bonus: 0.100 fils extra per order after 450 completed orders.
- Car: Provided by the company.
- Petrol: Covered by the driver.
- Additional benefits: Discuss during the interview.
