Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical, electro-mechanical, and electronic parts of machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical systems to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Inspect and test electrical components to identify defects or necessary repairs.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics for electrical repairs and installations.
- Follow international wiring and safety standards in all electrical work.
- Communicate effectively with operators, mechanics, engineers, and supervisors.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance (PMs) on electrical equipment.
- Plan and execute major electrical upgrades in the plant.
- Prepare work schedules and coordinate with electrical teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Technical certification in Electrical Maintenance or a related field.
- 5-8 years of industrial electrical experience in a manufacturing or plant environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical components, safety regulations, and industrial machinery.
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance techniques and electrical upgrades.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
