Key Responsibilities
- Design and create luxurious floral arrangements for various occasions.
- Work closely with customers to understand their preferences and create custom designs.
- Maintain freshness and quality of flowers and other floral materials.
- Follow company branding guidelines to ensure consistency in floral designs.
- Assist with shop display arrangements and maintain an inviting storefront.
- Handle orders, deliveries, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Work collaboratively with the team and meet project deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills
✔ Proven experience in floral design and arrangement.
✔ Strong creativity and attention to detail in floral styling.
✔ Excellent customer service and communication skills.
✔ Ability to work efficiently within a team environment.
✔ Knowledge of different flowers, plants, and floral trends.
✔ Must have a transferable 18 visa (Local Hire Only).
