Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of traditional and international dishes as per the family’s preferences.
- Plan daily meals and maintain kitchen inventory.
- Ensure high hygiene standards and proper food safety practices.
- Cook meals according to dietary preferences or restrictions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking utensils.
- Assist in grocery shopping or coordinate with household staff for ingredient procurement.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Previous experience as a house cook in Gulf countries preferred.
- Ability to prepare Indian, Arabic, and Continental cuisines.
- Knowledge of hygiene and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and manage meal planning efficiently.
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English, or Arabic (preferred).
