Job Introduction
We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team and support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations and fostering a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
- Handle payroll coordination, benefits administration, and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Support performance management, employee appraisals, and disciplinary procedures.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and workplace conflict resolution.
- Assist in HR reports, analytics, and policy updates.
- Organize and coordinate training programs and employee development initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in an HR role.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
- Experience with payroll processing and HR software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
