A reputable company in Kuwait City, Kuwait, is looking for a skilled HVAC Chiller Operator / Plant Room Operator to manage and operate HVAC chiller systems efficiently. The ideal candidate should have experience in chiller operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance, along with Article 18 transferable residency and availability for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and Monitor HVAC chiller systems and plant room equipment.
- Perform Routine Maintenance and troubleshoot system issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Adjust Controls & Settings to maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels.
- Ensure System Efficiency by identifying and resolving technical faults.
- Conduct Inspections & Report Issues related to chiller operations.
- Follow Safety & Compliance Standards as per company and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Technical diploma or certification in HVAC systems, refrigeration, or mechanical engineering (preferred).
- Experience: Previous work experience as an HVAC Chiller Operator or in a similar role.
- Residency: Article 18 transferable residency (mandatory).
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of HVAC operations, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
- Availability: Candidates must be ready to join immediately.
- Communication: Basic English or Arabic communication skills (preferred).
