Job Introduction
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Foreman to oversee and manage residential HVAC installation and maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HVAC systems, team coordination, and project management to ensure efficient and high-quality execution of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate HVAC technicians and teams for residential projects.
- Ensure timely and efficient completion of installation, maintenance, and repair work.
- Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
- Allocate tasks, monitor work progress, and provide technical guidance as needed.
- Maintain records of work performed, materials used, and schedules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues efficiently.
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and management regarding project progress.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Diploma or certification in HVAC systems or a related field.
- Experience: 15-20 years of experience in HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance (residential sector preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
