Hydraulic Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic systems, including pumps, valves, motors, and cylinders.
• Disassemble, clean, and inspect hydraulic systems and components to assess damage or wear.
• Replace or repair faulty parts using the appropriate tools and equipment.
• Test and calibrate hydraulic pumps to ensure they meet performance standards.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts used.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience as a Hydraulic Repair Technician or in a similar role (minimum 2 years required).
• Knowledge: Thorough understanding of hydraulic systems, pumps, valves, and associated components.
• Skills: Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Technical Ability: Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Communication: Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
• Certification: Certification as a Hydraulic Technician is preferred.
