Job Responsibilities
- Handle all government and ministry-related work, including visa processing, labor office documentation, and other official procedures.
- Prepare and submit documents to various authorities.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Visit ministries, embassies, and other government offices as required.
- Assist employees with residency permits, medical tests, and visa renewals.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and official paperwork.
Qualifications & Skills
✔ Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Mandoob in Kuwait.
✔ Valid Kuwait driving license and own car are mandatory.
✔ Strong knowledge of government and labor laws.
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
✔ Fluent in Arabic and English (preferred).
✔ Transferable Article 18 residency is required.
