Job Introduction
We are seeking qualified and experienced Electrical and Mechanical Technicians to join our team for an ongoing Operations & Maintenance (O&M) project in Kuwait. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in their respective fields who are looking for stable employment with competitive benefits. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Job Responsibilities
Electrical Technician:
✔ Perform routine electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
✔ Inspect and test electrical systems to ensure safety and compliance.
✔ Read and interpret wiring diagrams, technical drawings, and schematics.
✔ Install and maintain electrical control systems and equipment.
✔ Respond to breakdowns and minimize downtime.
Mechanical Technician (Rotating Equipment):
✔ Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of rotating equipment.
✔ Diagnose faults in mechanical systems and recommend solutions.
✔ Ensure proper alignment, balancing, and lubrication of rotating machinery.
✔ Conduct preventive maintenance to extend equipment life.
✔ Work closely with engineers and other technicians to maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
✔ Relevant technical diploma or certification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
✔ Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within O&M or industrial environments.
✔ Ability to read and understand technical drawings and manuals.
✔ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
✔ Willingness to work shifts and flexible hours as required.
✔ Immediate availability is highly preferred.
Salary & Benefits
💰 Salary: 210 KWD per month.
🏠 Accommodation provided by the company.
🚍 Transportation to and from work will be arranged.
📜 All other benefits as per Kuwait Labour Law.
