Position 1: Contract Manager cum Legal Advisor
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Legislative Law (LLB) or equivalent.
Experience:
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in a relevant field.
Job Description:
- Strong experience in the construction industry with a solid legal background.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a range of industry-specific and general commercial contracts between different parties involved in a project.
- Guide clients through various forms of dispute resolution, including litigation, when contracts are breached or other issues arise around the project.
Position 2: Safety Engineer
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Certification for the successful completion of industrial safety courses and training records from recognized institutions.
- Valid Kuwait driving license.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction/maintenance of tanks, vessels, and pipeline facilities in the Oil/Gas Industries.
- Manage and coordinate health and safety programs and initiatives.
- Develop health and safety policies and procedures.
- Previous Safety Engineer approvals from any of the K Companies; JO approval will be an added advantage.
