Job Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Male Indoor Salesman to join our team and work in the gym apparel retail sector. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in direct customer sales, be able to handle shift duties, and be highly motivated to meet sales targets. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
Job Responsibilities
✔ Greet and assist customers in selecting gym apparel based on their needs.
✔ Provide expert advice on different apparel styles, materials, and best fit.
✔ Maintain store cleanliness, organize product displays, and ensure proper inventory levels.
✔ Process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
✔ Achieve sales targets to qualify for commissions and incentives.
✔ Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate as needed.
✔ Work shifts across various retail outlets in Kuwait.
Qualifications & Requirements
✔ Must hold a valid Kuwait Commercial Residence (Article 18) and have completed at least one year in Kuwait.
❌ Newly arrived candidates will not be entertained.
✔ Prior experience in direct customer sales (any industry).
✔ Age Requirement: Between 22 and 38 years.
✔ Non-smoker candidates only.
✔ Preference for candidates who can join immediately.
Salary & Benefits
💰 Monthly Salary: KD 220/- (dry salary).
🎯 Sales Commission will be paid on achieving sales targets.
⏳ Overtime Pay at the end of the month.
📆 Overtime pay applicable for regular working days and public holidays.
📅 One weekly off (any day of the week).
📜 All other benefits as per Kuwait Labour Law.
