Job Introduction:

We are looking for an IT Helpdesk / IT Technician to join our team on a 2-month contract from May 1 to June 30. If you have experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance, this is a great opportunity to work in a professional environment and gain valuable experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and networking equipment.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and ensure smooth IT operations.

• Maintain IT inventory and update system records.
• Assist in software updates, backups, and security maintenance.
• Document technical issues and solutions for future reference.

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and basic troubleshooting.
