We are hiring immediately for an IT Manager to join our dynamic team in Salmiya, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in IT management, with a strong focus on full-stack development and web technologies. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead IT initiatives within our organization.
Duties:
- Oversee the development, implementation, and management of IT projects.
- Ensure the performance, security, and reliability of IT systems and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate technology solutions that meet business needs.
- Manage software development life cycle (SDLC) processes for applications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to IT team members.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues, providing support as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Expertise in ASP.NET Core MVC and Web API development.
- Proficient in both frontend and backend technologies, including JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong knowledge of T-SQL, stored procedures, and database queries.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary:
- 500 KWD per month.
