IT Pre-Sales Engineer

We are looking for an experienced IT Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team in Kuwait. This role is essential for developing technical solutions and building strong relationships with clients and vendors. Key Responsibilities

As an IT Pre-Sales Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

1. Technical Submittals: Prepare and manage technical submittals, solutions design, and Bill of Quantities (BOQs).
2. Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with team members across the IT division and other departments to deliver comprehensive solutions.
3. Vendor Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and solution providers.
4. Training and Development: Attend technical training sessions to stay updated on the latest technologies and solutions.
5. Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to potential clients and participate in meetings as needed.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

1. Experience:
   • Total of 8 years in various technical IT roles.
   • A minimum of 3 years of pre-sales experience specifically in Kuwait.
2. Technical Skills:
   • Proven experience in competitive solutions, technical, and financial submittals.
   • Extensive knowledge of various IT solutions and services.
3. Communication Skills:
   • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
   • Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate effectively with clients.
4. Team Collaboration:
   • Proven ability to drive the pre-sales process and work effectively as a team player within the organization.
5. Education:
   • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
