Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain procurement reports, dashboards, and analytics for IT category spend.
- Collaborate with IT stakeholders to design and implement strategic procurement initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to make informed procurement decisions.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and best practices.
- Conduct contract negotiations to secure cost-effective and high-quality services.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in IT procurement.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Procurement Center of Excellence.
- Utilize procurement systems, ERP, and e-sourcing platforms to manage purchasing processes.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in procurement, with a focus on IT category.
- Strong knowledge of IT procurement principles, practices, and technologies.
- Experience with procurement reporting, analytics, and category management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with ERP and e-sourcing platforms for procurement operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and data-driven environment.
