A well-established company in Shuwaikh, Kuwait is looking for an experienced IT Service Technician with a valid Kuwaiti driving license (issued before 2013). The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, technical expertise in IT assets, and a customer-focused approach.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage all onsite installation, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks.
- Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine appropriate solutions.
- Perform onsite repairs for IT assets, including printers, PCs, and related equipment.
- Provide customer support during field visits or dispatches.
- Produce timely and detailed service reports.
- Follow all company procedures, safety guidelines, and protocols.
- Troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment efficiently.
- Adapt to flexible shifts and changing work schedules.
- Use mobile tools and applications effectively for service tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in field service or IT support.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical repair skills.
- Technical degree or certification (A+, etc.) is preferred.
- Valid Kuwaiti driving license (issued before 2013) is required.
- Visa No. 18 (Transferable) is a must.
- English literacy and effective communication skills.
