We are seeking a motivated Cosmetology Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team and help us achieve our sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Job Briefing:
As a Cosmetology Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, promoting our cosmetology products, and driving sales. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing information about our services and assisting with reservations and membership sales.

Duties:

Customer Interaction:

  • Manage online and phone reservations, ensuring efficient booking processes.
  • Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card information for transactions.
  • Register guests by collecting necessary information upon their arrival.
  • Welcome guests and provide them with information about our gym and services.

Sales and Membership Management:

  • Maintain membership sales and retention programs to meet or exceed financial goals.
  • Perform closing procedures for membership sales, including application and contract processing.
  • Respond to clients’ complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless customer service and sales processes.
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements:

  • Work experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, Sales Representative, or a similar role in the cosmetology or beauty industry.
  • Strong customer service attitude with a focus on enhancing customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Flexible to work on a rotational basis, including weekends and holidays.
  • Previous sales experience is highly desirable.
