Job Briefing:
As a Cosmetology Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, promoting our cosmetology products, and driving sales. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing information about our services and assisting with reservations and membership sales.
Duties:
Customer Interaction:
- Manage online and phone reservations, ensuring efficient booking processes.
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card information for transactions.
- Register guests by collecting necessary information upon their arrival.
- Welcome guests and provide them with information about our gym and services.
Sales and Membership Management:
- Maintain membership sales and retention programs to meet or exceed financial goals.
- Perform closing procedures for membership sales, including application and contract processing.
- Respond to clients’ complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Administrative Tasks:
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless customer service and sales processes.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements:
- Work experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, Sales Representative, or a similar role in the cosmetology or beauty industry.
- Strong customer service attitude with a focus on enhancing customer experiences.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Flexible to work on a rotational basis, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous sales experience is highly desirable.
