Job Introduction
We are seeking a skilled and creative Filipino Florist to join our team in Hawally, Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have experience in floral arrangement, bouquet design, and event decoration. This is a full-time position for local candidates only (Visa: Article 18 only).
Key Responsibilities
- Design and arrange floral bouquets, centerpieces, and decorative displays.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist clients in selecting floral arrangements.
- Maintain the freshness and quality of flowers and plants.
- Handle daily shop operations, including inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Create floral decorations for weddings, events, and special occasions.
- Stay updated on floral design trends and techniques.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a florist.
- Creativity: Strong artistic skills in floral arrangement and design.
- Customer Service: Friendly and professional communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Ability to handle floral tools and equipment.
- Visa Requirement: Article 18 transferable visa only (local candidates in Kuwait).
