Job Introduction
A leading company in Kuwait is seeking experienced Mechanical and Electrical Supervisors to join its team. This is a full-time position based in Al-Rai, Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, supervisory experience, and a transferable Visa 18.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage mechanical and electrical operations.
- Supervise a team of technicians, ensuring high-quality work and efficiency.
- Monitor equipment performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely maintenance.
- Ensure all tasks comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with project teams for smooth execution of tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials, and labor usage.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 4-7 years in mechanical or electrical supervision.
- Current Role: Candidates currently working as Foremen are also eligible.
- Industry Background: Should NOT be from the construction or maintenance (fit-outs) field.
- Residency Requirement: Valid transferable Visa 18.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical/electrical systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead teams, assign tasks, and ensure smooth workflow.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure quality work and safety compliance.
