Job Responsibilities
- Prepare soft and flaky porottas with authentic texture and taste.
- Brew and serve varieties of tea, including traditional karak chai.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Ensure timely preparation and service of orders.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Follow food safety and quality standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience as a Porotta Maker & Tea Master.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and beverages.
- Must hold a Visa 18 (Transferable).
- Must be able to join immediately.
