Job Introduction
A leading company in Shuwaikh, Kuwait is seeking an experienced Sales Representative (Outdoor) to join our team. This full-time position requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual with a strong background in exterior paint, construction materials, furniture, aluminum, or related industries. Candidates must be Arabic-speaking and hold a Transferable Visa 18 (Ahli).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Promote and sell exterior paint, construction materials, furniture, aluminum, and related products.
- Identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings to assess customer needs.
- Provide expert advice on product selection and application.
- Prepare and submit sales reports to management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3-5 years in sales, preferably in exterior paint or related industries.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction materials, aluminum, furniture, and related products.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic (mandatory).
- Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Visa Requirement: Transferable Visa 18 (Ahli) (mandatory).
- Availability: Immediate joining required.
