Job Introduction
We are looking for a skilled Anesthesia Technician to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will assist anesthesiologists in preparing, maintaining, and operating anesthesia equipment for surgical and non-surgical procedures. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to respond quickly in critical situations.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare, maintain, and clean anesthesia equipment and supplies.
- Ensure proper inventory management and order necessary supplies.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and report equipment malfunctions.
- Assist anesthesiologists during procedures such as:
- Tracheal intubation
- IV cannulation
- Invasive line placements
- Pain relief procedures
- Set up and calibrate monitoring devices, breathing systems, cardiac monitors, and suction apparatus.
- Support patient positioning for surgical procedures and regional anesthesia.
- Respond to emergency requests efficiently and operate computer-controlled anesthesia equipment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma in Anesthesia Technology or a related field.
- MOH License is mandatory.
- Age limit: Up to 40 years.
- Strong understanding of anesthesia techniques, medical terminology, and patient safety protocols.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced medical environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
