A well-established restaurant in Sabah Al-Salem, Kuwait, is seeking a skilled Chef specializing in Afghan cuisine. Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook authentic Afghan dishes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
- Develop menu items that reflect traditional Afghan cuisine.
- Manage food preparation, portioning, and cooking schedules.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
- Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Adapt recipes and techniques as needed to meet customer preferences.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in cooking Afghan cuisine.
- Must hold a Visa 18 Normal (Transferable).
- Strong knowledge of traditional spices and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
