Job Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of dosa dishes, including plain dosa, masala dosa, rava dosa, set dosa, and special dosa varieties.
• Ensure high-quality taste, texture, and presentation of dosa and accompaniments (sambhar, chutneys, etc.).
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards.
• Manage cooking time efficiently to serve fresh and hot dosas promptly.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure proper handling of ingredients.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a Dosa Master or South Indian Chef.
• Expertise in preparing various types of dosas and traditional accompaniments.
• Knowledge of South Indian cuisine and food safety standards.
• Ability to handle fast-paced kitchen environments.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
