Job Responsibilities
Equipment Operators (Excavator, Loader, JCB, Forklift Operators)
- Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, loaders, JCBs, and forklifts.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of equipment.
- Follow safety procedures and site regulations.
- Load and unload materials as required.
Carpenter
- Measure, cut, and assemble wooden structures based on project specifications.
- Repair and install frameworks, doors, and other wood-based structures.
- Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Steel Fixer
- Cut, shape, and install steel bars for reinforcement in concrete structures.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Use hand tools and cutting equipment for precision.
- Ensure proper binding and securing of steel structures.
Laborer
- Assist skilled workers with various tasks on construction sites.
- Load and unload materials and tools.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Follow safety guidelines and company protocols.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in relevant roles is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Understanding of safety procedures and construction site regulations.
- Valid and transferable Article 18 Visa (Project Visa/Company Visa) is required.
