🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential students interested in studying abroad.
- Develop and maintain relationships with schools, universities, and training centers.
- Provide expert counseling and student advising on study destinations, program selection, admission processes, and eligibility.
- Stay up-to-date with partner institutions’ admission policies, scholarships, and visa procedures for different countries.
- Participate in training sessions conducted by partner institutions and the head office.
- Attend recruitment events at schools and colleges to promote partner universities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by successfully closing enrollments.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
✅ Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: Minimum one year in the study abroad counseling industry.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of international admissions, visa processes, and scholarship opportunities.
- Sales and negotiation skills to meet enrollment targets.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
