Job Introduction
A leading Courier and Shipping Logistics Services company in Kuwait City is looking for an experienced Female Front Desk Receptionist. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to provide professional front desk support. This is a full-time position with immediate joining.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, handle inquiries, and provide accurate information.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain records.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and packages.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Perform general administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Experience: 2-3 years as a front desk receptionist.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Visa Type: 18 (Ahli).
- Gender: Female, below 35 years.
- Preferred Nationalities: Kuwaiti, non-Kuwaiti, Jordanian, Palestinian, Yemeni, Syrian.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.
- Well-presented, organized, and customer service-oriented.
