Job Introduction
A reputable company in Kuwait is urgently hiring a Head Baker with a minimum of 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate should be skilled in baking techniques, pastry preparation, and bread-making while ensuring high-quality production. This is a full-time role with immediate joining.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and baked goods.
- Oversee daily baking operations and ensure consistency in quality.
- Develop and test new recipes for the menu.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the baking area according to food safety regulations.
- Manage ingredient inventory and ensure the availability of baking supplies.
- Train and supervise junior bakers and kitchen staff.
- Ensure ovens and baking equipment are properly maintained.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Baker.
- Expertise in bread-making, pastries, and dessert preparation.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredient measurements, and food safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Visa Type: 18 (Ahli).
- Preferred Nationalities: Turkish, Syrian, Palestinian, Jordanian, Tunisian.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Attention to detail and passion for baking.
