🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook authentic Japanese cuisine, including sushi, sashimi, ramen, and tempura.
- Maintain high culinary standards for taste, presentation, and food quality.
- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory, and cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff in Japanese cooking techniques.
✅ Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Japanese Chef.
- Skills:
- Expertise in traditional and modern Japanese cuisine.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Strong knife skills and presentation techniques.
- Education: Culinary degree or relevant certification (Preferred).
- Language: Basic English or Arabic communication is an advantage.
