Job Introduction
A well-established pastries and chocolate company in Aswaq Al Qurain, Kuwait, is looking for a Pastries & Chocolate Assistant Chef (Male) to join our bakery. If you have at least 3 years of experience in pastries, cakes, and chocolates, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a creative and growing team.
Job Responsibilities
- Create and innovate new recipes for pastries, cakes, and chocolates.
- Ensure all food items are prepared following health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Manage inventory and coordinate with raw material distributors.
- Monitor quality control and consistency of all bakery items.
- Collaborate with the team on order fulfillment and kitchen operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pastries, cakes, and chocolate making.
- Strong understanding of bakery techniques and presentation.
- Visa 18 Ahli (Direct Transfer).
- Disciplined, organized, and team-oriented.
- Diploma in a relevant field is preferred.
