A well-established Tanning Salon in Kuwait is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Receptionists and Tanning Advisors to join our team. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for the beauty and wellness industry, and relevant experience, we encourage you to apply!
Job Responsibilities
Receptionist / Front Office Executive
- Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage bookings.
- Maintain an organized front desk area.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Process payments and maintain records.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the front desk.
Tanning Advisor / Customer Care Executive
- Assist customers in selecting suitable tanning services and skincare treatments.
- Educate clients on modern beauty concepts and tanning safety.
- Operate beauty and tanning equipment professionally.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the salon and tanning equipment.
- Keep track of stock levels for beauty products and inform management about replenishment needs.
Qualifications & Experience
Receptionist / Front Office Executive
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer operations and appointment scheduling.
- Experience in Beauty Salon, Spa, or Health Clubs is a plus.
- Article 18 transferable visa is required.
Tanning Advisor / Customer Care Executive
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Knowledge of modern healthy beauty concepts and skincare treatments.
- Hands-on experience with beauty treatment equipment.
- Experience in Beauty Salon, Spa, or Tanning Salon is an advantage.
- Expertise in skin treatments, collagen treatments, laser treatment, anti-aging treatments, and UV tanning is highly preferred.
- Article 18 transferable visa is required.
