Positions Available:
- Sales Associate – Experience in retail fashion, furniture, or electronics required.
- Visual Merchandiser – Background in visual display and merchandising preferred.
- Sales Manager – Must have 5+ years of experience and fluency in English & Arabic.
- Marketing Manager – Must have 5+ years of experience and fluency in English & Arabic.
Visa Requirement: Candidates must have Visa 18 (Ahli) and be available for immediate joining.
Responsibilities
Sales Associate:
- Assist customers with product selection and provide excellent customer service.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company offerings.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment transactions when required.
- Maintain an organized sales floor and inventory.
Visual Merchandiser:
- Create eye-catching displays to promote products and increase sales.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure product placement enhances the shopping experience.
- Monitor and adjust store layout and display designs based on market trends.
Sales Manager:
- Develop sales strategies to boost revenue and expand the customer base.
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Marketing Manager:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company’s services.
- Manage social media, advertising, and promotional materials.
- Analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies for better ROI.
- Collaborate with sales and merchandising teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Qualifications
- Sales Associate: 2-4 years of retail experience (fashion, furniture, electronics).
- Visual Merchandiser: 2-3 years of experience in merchandising or retail design.
- Sales Manager & Marketing Manager: 5+ years of experience in retail management, sales, or marketing.
- Fluency in English & Arabic (Mandatory for Sales & Marketing Manager).
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and business management software.
- Visa 18 (Ahli) and immediate availability required.
