Job Introduction

A reputable and newly established civil construction company in Kuwait is urgently looking for qualified candidates to join its team. We are hiring for the positions of Store Keeper and Document Controller to support our operations in Ardhiya, Kuwait. Job Responsibilities

Store Keeper

  • Maintain records of stock, supplies, and materials in the warehouse.
  • Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments.
  • Issue materials and equipment as required by different departments.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment orders.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of goods.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate stock reports.
  • Adhere to safety and security procedures in the warehouse.

Document Controller

  • Organize, manage, and maintain company documents and records.
  • Ensure all documents are filed and stored systematically for easy retrieval.
  • Control and update project documents, contracts, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Assist in document preparation, scanning, and distribution.
  • Support internal departments in retrieving necessary documents.
  • Coordinate with teams to maintain version control of documents.

Qualifications

Store Keeper

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management and inventory control.
  • Familiarity with stock-keeping procedures and documentation.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Document Controller

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a document management role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
  • Experience in document handling within a construction or corporate environment is an advantage.
