Job Introduction
A leading multinational organization in Kuwait is looking for a Telecom Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate must have experience in commissioning, integration, and installation of telecom equipment from major brands like Huawei, Ericsson, and Nokia. The role requires hands-on expertise in wireless communication technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G), microwave links, and DC power systems.

Job Responsibilities
- Commissioning and integration of Huawei/Ericsson/Nokia 2G, 3G, 4G & 5G wireless equipment.
- Commissioning and integration of Huawei/Ericsson/Nokia Microwave (MW) links.
- Installation and testing of DC power systems (Rectifiers), alarm patching, and troubleshooting.
- Conduct VSWR Sweep tests and alarm troubleshooting.
- Perform site quality checks before PAT (Provisional Acceptance Testing).
- Work closely with vendors, operators, and project managers for site acceptance.
- Ensure proper documentation and quality assurance for telecom installations.
- Coordinate and manage implementation teams to maintain site quality standards.
- Conduct MW transmission surveys (Line of Sight – LOS).
- Prepare site documentation (TSSR/FSSR) and BOQs.
- Attend OIL Clearance PAT and final acceptance visits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering.
- Valid Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE) Card.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecom engineering.
- Strong knowledge of wireless communication technologies.
- Experience in site quality assurance and PAT procedures.
- Excellent technical troubleshooting and coordination skills.
- Must have a transferable Article 18 visa (local hiring only).
- Immediately available candidates preferred.
- Indian or Pakistani nationality only (as per company requirement).
