Key Responsibilities
🔥 Fire Officer
- Oversee fire safety and protection systems including fire trucks
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with fire engineering standards
- Coordinate with HSE departments for integrated safety measures
- Provide technical support during fire incidents or emergency situations
- Maintain documentation of fire protection systems and drills
🛠 Technical Assistant
- Support technical operations in oil refinery settings
- Prepare technical documents and assist in maintenance coordination
- Use Maximo software for asset and maintenance tracking
- Create reports and manage administrative tasks related to engineering
⏱ Timekeeper
- Manage employee attendance and work hours on-site
- Use MS Word and Excel to prepare reports and maintain documentation
- Work closely with HR and site supervisors to track workforce time logs
- Assist in payroll-related processes with accurate timekeeping data
👷 Manpower Coordinator
- Coordinate manpower mobilization and deployment across job sites
- Liaise with contractors and HR for resource planning
- Maintain and update workforce rosters
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly manpower reports
- Assist in translation and communication (Arabic is a plus)
Qualifications & Requirements
Essential Qualifications (By Role)
Fire Officer:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Fire-related field
- 5–7 years of experience in fire systems, preferably in Kuwait/Gulf
- Valid Kuwait Driving License
- Strong background in fire engineering and safety protocols
Technical Assistant:
- Bachelor’s Degree or 3-Year Polytechnic Diploma
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in oil refineries
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Proficient in MS Office and Maximo software
Timekeeper:
- Higher Secondary School Certificate (12th grade)
- 5 years of experience in industrial or refinery-based timekeeping roles
- Advanced skills in MS Word and Excel
- Attention to detail and ability to manage large teams’ time logs
Manpower Coordinator:
- 3-Year Engineering Diploma or equivalent
- 8 years’ experience in similar capacity within the hydrocarbon industry
- Excellent computer literacy and reporting skills
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous work in Kuwait or Gulf region
- Familiarity with industrial safety, refinery operations, or large-scale manpower handling
- Multilingual abilities (especially Arabic)
- Certificates in Fire Safety, HSE, or Industrial Operations
